I discussed here on “Four Patterns of Disharmony” or “Four Criteria of Therapeutic Approach” according Tibetan Medicine with special reference towards the prevention and management of Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B was one of the major endemic diseases affecting our Tibetan community in exile, but recent data shows its decline trend. Thanks to the Department of Health, CTA and Tibetan Delek Hospital and all the supporters and sponsors for the aggressive immunisation program and implementation as well as creating awareness among Tibetan population. Mentseekhang also deserves the applause for assisting in the screening of Hepatitis B and conducting clinical study as well.

The saliva like bubbles on the surface indicates chronic metabolic disorder with gastric ulcer and gout as the main problem of this client.
