Green tea burns like 30 calories. That’s not “fat loss,” that’s one bite of a biscuit.
And carbs? They’re not the enemy, your portion sizes, zero protein, late-night snacking and stress-eating era are.

Stop blaming roti.
Start blaming the habits you’re ignoring.

Instead of skipping meals or fasting all day, choose foods that restore energy, support digestion, and nourish your body.

Here are my 5 go-to foods to beat post-festive fatigue:
