The Placid Minds Hi! I am Dhivyaraksha, a Life Transformation Strategist. As a life coach, I assist people to make progress in their lives to attain greater fulfillment.

Thro' "The Placid Minds", I aspire to transform my clients' present & future into a calm & stable one. The time is such that everyone experiences stress. For some, it is quite evident whereas for many it is latent and seems to affect various aspects of their lives. There has been enough study that emphasizes the fact that stress is the route cause of most of our health problems. Now, here health problems can be physiological or psychological. Physiological problems can be detected with the symptoms that start showing up. However, it's psychological health that generally goes undetected. The fun fact is that most of the physiological problems get treated if our psychological issues are addressed. This is because the individual tends to have a positive mindset and hence a positive outlook. With the usage of online platforms for almost everything and no socializing, stress seems to curb everyone's lifestyle from a child to an adult. And, what can stress do? It can cause serious mental health problems like depression, anxiety, personality disorders. Needless to say the physiological problems too. What is "The Placid Minds"? "The Placid Minds" is the place where I aspire to steer my clients to, a calm mind! The one thing that every individual is seeking is to be happy. The ways and means to get there may vary from one individual to another. As a life coach and a Life Transformation Strategist, my aim is to help you understand your current situation, get clarity on your desired outcome and work towards achieving your goals with the help of scientifically proven tools and techniques. Today marked the first day of a transformative 5-day mindfulness workshopโ€”a collaboration between The Ahaa Company and Unlock.Fit. While Ahaa is still in its early stages, this project is a testament to the power of mindful leadership and well-being at work. ๐ŸŒฟ
