How to save your life while you fall from Height or a crashing aeroplane ?





1. If you are in crashing plane, do not unlock the seat belts. Lean forward. Keep your head down and cover it with your upper limbs.

2. Be prepared for evacuation. If plane is near to the ground, immediately use the emergency exit and jump out just before the collision or crash landing.

3. For a freefall, Spread your body out, like an "X", to increase air resistance and slow your descent.

4. Choose your landing spot carefully. If you have jumped from too much Height, look for the area with trees, water or snow that will be better for landing.

5. While you get near to ground always remember to land with your lower limbs and keep your head protected with both upper limbs.

6. Seek for emergency medical care immediately following the fall. Get head CT, abdominal Usg and other necessary investigations done as per your Orthopaedic and General Surgeon.

45/M stab injury above Groin, stable vitals with normal femoral pulse on arrival.,ICU admission for possible serious complications rule out, urgent scan, meanwhile deterioration,pulseless status.. Intubation, volume replacement and inotropes,
Immedite exploratory laparotomy by General Surgeon Team within 1 hr of arrival.. 2 Litre hemoperitoeum.. Mesenteric artery tear with sigmoid injury. Hemostasis and repair. BT and FFP. 3 days post op ICU care by GS and ICU team.. Happy Discharge on 7th day. God is Great🙏
