Having an academic pedigree and corporate experience with great companies still didn't land me to a place of peace and joy. Some parts of me didn't belong and this curious mind went in search of something more, which is unseen, inexplicable to the reasoning mind but I could feel in my energy body. I spent 5 years in the inner journey studying Vedanta and other sacred scriptures and texts and more importantly the self-study (svadhyay), meditation practices and therapy. And I have impacted 600+ people so far with 1:1 coaching/healing & group coaching/workshops. I found a lot, helped some women find their root causes, making shifts in themselves and creating a ripple effect in their world.
