काय-क्लेशान् विवर्जयेत् स्वाध्यायं च समाचरेत् ||

Meaning:
One should wake up during Brahma Muhurta, reflect on Dharma (righteousness) and Artha (prosperity), avoid indulgence in bodily discomforts, and engage in self-study (Swadhyaya).

Brahma Muhurta, occurring approximately 1.5 hours before sunrise, is esteemed in Ayurveda and traditional Indian practices for its profound health benefits.

1. Alignment with Circadian Rhythms: Waking up during Brahma Muhurta aligns with the body’s natural circadian rhythms, enhancing sleep quality and hormonal balance. This synchronization supports overall health and well-being. 
2. Enhanced Mental Functions: The pre-dawn period is marked by heightened mental clarity and cognitive functions. Engaging in activities like meditation and yoga during this time can improve focus, memory, and mental acuity.
