It contains iron,calcium,enzymes,magnesium,phytonutrients,17 amino acids,vitamins A, C, E, K, and B complex and chlorophyll.

Packed with so many nutrients, it helps boost your immune system, aids in digestion, relieves constipation,provides you energy,boosts metabolism and detoxifies the body.

I am very grateful and happy to share that I got an opportunity to conduct a 2- day corporate yoga session to celebrate International Yoga Day 2022. The response and energy was great and I can't wait to host more sessions like these. Attendees were surprised and happy with how simple the instructions were and that they were easily able to follow along😊 Corporate yoga sessions were a box that was on my list for a while, so estatic😊

Happy Earth Day! Our planet is an amazing place, but it needs our help to thrive! That’s why each year on April 22, more than a billion people celebrate Earth Day to protect the planet from things like pollution and deforestation. By reusing, reducing, recycling and planting trees, we’re making our world a happier, healthier place to live.

One of the ways I invest in earth is by doing Agnihotra,an ancient process of cleaning the environment.

The process of Agnihotra consists of making two offerings (pinch full of uncooked rice grains smeared with a few drops of cow’s pure ghee.) to the fire exactly at the time of sunrise and sunset along with the chanting of two small Sanskrit mantras.

And the best part is it only takes total 5 minutes.

Amla is a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A; it is full of antioxidants, boosts immunity, and improves skin. Most importantly, it is easily available these days!
I have a simple way of incorporating this wonder into my daily routine: grate and squeeze 2 amlas with your hands, and apply a little residue all over your face. You can also add Amla juice to honey and warm water and enjoy!

Amla is a great source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, full of antioxidants. It is easily available these days, and not only boosts our immunity but also improves our skin!
How do I incorporate this wonder fruit in my daily routine? I grate and squeeze two amlas with my hands and apply a little residue all over my face! You can also add a little honey and warm water to it and enjoy! ❤️
