"Poshan ke liye paudhe" which translates to plants for nutrition, is a plantation drive which focuses on promotion of kitchen gardening to grow fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and herbs at home or even at other institutions so as to meet up with the nutritional requirements of all socioeconomic strata. Fruits, vegetables and herbs provide us plenty of vitamins and minerals which help to strengthen our immunity.
