Luke bhai ne yeh post kiya tha kuchh din pehle and i left a comment on it too and wohi vichar mene yeh video me bhi share kiye hai but here is something which i found very interesting!
I saw a lot of my friends “intelligent” friends falling for this confirmation bias par bait karne wala post.
Of course protein ke naam par Processed foods beche ja rahe hai but wo har koi food group ke liye ho raha hai. Iska matlab yeh nahi hai ke tum apni protein deficiency ko ignore maarke usko address hi na karo!
There are decent products available in the market, but uska use tabhi hoga apko jab aap apne barrier ko hataoge jo apne protein ke against banaya hua hai.
Yeh wohi waale log hai jinko alcohol and sutta me kuchh Inflammatory nahi lagta 🫠
