Saare elderly log healthy hote toh why is India “diabetes capital of the world” sabke ghar me BP and sugar ki goliya kyu khaayi jaati hai??
⚠️ Natural Fallacy - koi chiz natural hai toh by default wo apke liye healthy nahi ho jaati, uske quantity bhi matter karti hai. Wo hum bharatiya bhul jaate hai.
🚨 Ghar ka khaana is “healthy” - well healthy sirf junk food avoid karne ko nahi bolte. Healthy diet me saare nutrients hona bhi bahot zaroori hai. Most Indian diets are deficient in Proteins and fiber and hum carbs and fats ko overabuse karte hai. Isko bolte hai Imbalanced diet and agar aap bhale ghar par kha rahe ho but roz imbalanced kha rahe ho toh wo “healthy” nahi maana jayega.
