This boy got blunt n cut trauma by fishing nails,leading tear of conjectiva,sclera ,retia,cornea about 1 cm at 8 oclock position crossin g limbus near optic zone,he had complete hyphema in a.c ,viterous loss,viterous haemmrage,.so, complete reconsruction of whole eye by surgery,after 1 week of surgery he had 6/36 vision and then 6/12 next week, prognosis is good.

Lady had corneal opicity since childhood,can see only 2 lines of vision chart out of 7, after 15 days of medical treatment she had 6/12 i.e.can see 5 lines out of 7, prognosis is good

This man had loss of vision in right eye since 1 month ,he was diagnosed retrobulber NEURITIS n cystoid macular edema havin vision of 5 meter only,after proper treatment he had recovered his 90% of vision in 1 week ,i.e. 6/12 5 lines out of 7 lines of vision chart ,colour vision had became normal,will improve 100 % in 1 week or less time.

This boy was having loss of vision in both eyes,since 2 month can see only 1 line of vision chart i.e.1/60 ,he was diagnosed paplleoedema causing optic NEURITIS in both eye Retina,colour vision test was defective,but with proper management in one week he was able to see 5 lines of vision chart i.e.out of lines, colour vision was normal,will improve completely soon

Lady got trauma and was treated for 10 days by local practisner but corneal fungal corneal ulcer was diagnosed here infecting whole cornea ,grade 3 after 5 days she had requvred 50%.

Lady was operated his right eye for Catract after 1 month she had 6/9 vision,older she can she light only i e. PL+ n PR+ in all directions.

Boy 10 yrs old had 10%of vision and sever squint of 45 degree prism D,
After one month of treat he regain his 100% vision and correction of 80% ,of right eye convergent squint by treatment.

Prognosis is good.
It is a congenital disease.
Will improve completely in few days
