Achilles’ tendons are an essential part of our lower body, and it's crucial to keep them healthy and strong. Here are five simple exercises that can help with that:
Calf raises: Stand on a flat surface with your feet shoulder-width apart, and raise your heels off the ground. Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down.
Jump rope: Jumping rope is a great way to strengthen your archilles tendons. Start with short intervals and gradually increase the duration.
Ankle circles: Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Lift one foot, and rotate your ankle in a circular motion. Repeat with the other foot.
Toe curls: Place a towel on the ground and use your toes to grip and lift it. Repeat for several repetitions.
Heel drops: Stand on a raised platform with your heels hanging off the edge. Lower your heels as far as possible, then raise them back up. Repeat for several repetitions.
Remember to stretch before and after exercising, and if you feel any pain, stop immediately.
