*Why diarrhoea happens?*
Whenever normal gut flora gets damage than reabsorption of fluid from intestine disturb.
And Vomiting because of many reasons like acidity and infection of intestine.

*What to do next ?*
Check urine colour dark yellow or dry tounge or thirsty!?
If yes
Drink liquids more -:

Or juices. They will increase more motions.

Just don’t stop oral intake of fluids.
