✨ There was a time when I was 82 kg, struggling with migraine, PCOD, joint pain, urticaria (skin allergy), mood swings, and sleepless nights.
Nothing seemed to work — diets, shortcuts, or gym hacks.

But then, I chose to pause, listen to my body, and begin small — one meal, one habit, one day at a time.
That’s when I discovered the Kayapalat Lifestyle — a path built on balance, mindfulness, and consistency.

💪 Today, after losing 22 kg and 30 inches, I not only wear an M size, I wear confidence, clarity, and calmness.
