1st Online International Yoga Championship 2022.
This Online yoga championship is open for participants worldwide to ensure that the maximum number of yogis can take part in these competitions. The participants to submit their videos before 19th June 2022.
The Video must not exceed 5 Minutes.
The Video can contain background music ( Description ).
Objectives of the Competition
Main objective of conducting and organizing this
International Yoga competition is to identify talent in yoga. The Global Star of Yoga 2022
To provide a platform for getting success in the yoga field.
To increase the awareness about yoga and also to inspire more people to adopt yoga in their lifestyle in this situation ( Covid-19 Pandemic ).
*Eligibility*
This Online yoga competition is open to any participant as per age group any one from any part of the world.
*Categories: Age Group*
Age Group: 8 to 14 years ( Group A ).
Age Group: 14 to 21 years ( Group B ).
Age Group: 21 to 25 years ( Group C ).
Age Group: 25 to 35 years ( Group D ).
Age Group: 35 above ( Group E ).
*Dress Code:*
Men: Tight Short, Fitness Clothes.
Women: Swimming Costume, Fitness Clothes.
*Compulsory Asana : Age Group A - B*
Compulsory Any 4 Asana - Holding 30 Sec.

3.Ardha Matsyendrasana
4.Sarvangasana.
5.Parivrtta (Revolving) 6.Trikonasana.
After Performining, Participant need to choose any 3 asana by self - Holding - 15 sec.
*Compulsory Asana: Age Group C - D*
Compulsory Any 4 Asana - Holding 30 Sec.
1.Virasana 3 / Warrior 3.
2.Hanumanasana.
3.Purna Bhujangasana.
4.Parivritta Passhrakonasna.
5.Padam Bakasana.
After Performining, Participant need to choose any 3 asana by self - Holding - 15 sec.
*Compulsory Asana: Age Group E*
Compulsory Any 4 Asana - Holding 30 Sec.
1.Trikonasana.
2.Ardha Bandha Padma Paschimottanasana.
3.Dhanurasana.
4.Ardha Matsyendrasana
5.Halasana.
After Performining, Participant need to choose any 3 asana by self - Holding - 15 sec

*Rule and Regulation*
The last day for registration for the international yoga competition 17th June 2022 and the participants have to submit their performance video before 20th June 2022.

On Occasion of International Yoga Day
Each participant has to submit their video of 3 to 5 minutes.
Each and every participant has to disclose the apps they have used to enhance the aesthetic of the video and should not temper with the speed of the video.
It is expected from the candidate to shoot their video from the camera having at least 12 mp or higher and positioned in such a way all the body part get captured in the frame while performing.
Candidates have to shoot their video to a white backdrop and must wear proper yogic attire.
