“Jadeya Shantalingeshwar Mahaswamiji” of Samadhan is a great saint, sublime genius, Discoverer of Truth and an oracle who has descended to mitigate the troubles of the worldly people. Poojya SWAMIJI was born on 23-03-1942 in a poor pious family at Jade,a small scenic village on the bank of River Varada in the district of Shimoga, Karnataka State.His parents shri Siddhabasavayya and maata Chennaveeramma named him 'KOTTURU SWAMY' . After his formal education at Jade,Salur,Haveri and Shivayoga Mandira,he went to places like Bhimashankar near Pune,Goggihalli near Jade,Shimoga district,Megundi Kolla, etc. for his Yoga Sadhana,he wished to move over to the Himalayas for his higher spiritual practice.But senior Swamiji's and the elders of the Samaja who were delighted to his amazing achievements in yoga sadhana, prevailed him to head a matha nad guide the devotees.As their desire in 1972 he accepted to be the Swamiji of SHANTALINGESHAWARA VIRAKTHA MATH of Dudhani and Nimbal. Now Poojya SWAMIJI at the age of 72 has not expected anything from his devotees except a pure hearted devote.
