We are not this physical body.
Thinking body as self is just like sitting on the back of alligator and feeling happy but the moment we will fall into water, alligator will eat us. The self is the only reality which is beyond the dimension of mind.

If we remain in the unconditional love , we can easily catch each thought as it rises. If we don't catch the thoughts as they rise, they sprout, become plants and, if we still neglect them, they grow into great trees. Usually, the ignorant person only catches his thoughts at the tree stage.

If we can be continuously aware of each thought as it rises, and if we can be so indifferent to it that it doesn't sprout or flourish, we are well on the way to escaping from the entanglements of the mind.

The macrocosm lies in microcosm,which means this whole universe resides in us. The day we will realize who we really are ,we will come out from our suffering . We are not this physical body, There is a giant sleeping in all of us. We just have to acknowledge that giant and then we will realize we can create our own destiny.
