Points to remember
- Try one food at one time to check for any allergies.
- The quantities mentioned are just suggestive. You can increase the quantity gradually
- Do not force the child to eat or to try anything. Give them ample time to get familiar with the tastes and textures
- This meal plan is just for a reference to get you started in your solids journey with few options
- You can start with a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of hing or Jeera powder in the meals
