With good health, everything else becomes more meaningful, life is more fun. Yet we often set priorities in life and ignore our health to be taken care of late,after we get our career going, make money or find a mate, get married and so on, the list is endless. We keep going on with our life until one day our body gives up and we end up in a hospital with some or the other ailments. In the end it comes to an instruction from a doctor about starting a fitness regime and balancing our diet and lifestyle. We all want to stay at the top of our game, but we tend to forget to maintain the machine which helps us achieve our goals and desire and that machine is our body. Just like any machinery, our body needs proper caring and that’s where the importance of workout and nutrition comes into play.
