Add these bodyweight core excercises in your excercise regime to get that extra burn and strengthen n tone your abs

1. Bear shoulder taps: 4 Sets X 25 Reps
2. Toe Reach: 3 Sets X 20 Reps
3. Knee Tucks : 4 Sets X 25 Reps
4. Wipers : 3 Sets X 10 Reps

Road to Bliss

Yoga For Eyes

1. Palming: Close your eyes, rub your palms, and pass the warmth between your palm to your eyes

2. Blinking : Blink your eyes as fast as possible

3. Sideways Gazing: Stretch your arms sideways with thumb pointing up, now shift your gaze from one point of thumb to another, in between gaze upwards as well

4. Front and Sidways Gazing : Stretch one arm sidwards and one in front with thumbs pointing up, now shift your gaze from thumb to other

5. Up n Down Gazing : Stretch your arm forward with thump pointing up..now move your hand up and down, keeping your focus on your thumb

6. Circular Viewing: Stretch your arm forward with thump pointing up..now move your hand in circular motion, keeping your focus on your thumb

7. Near n Distant Gazing: Stretch your arm forward with thump pointing up.. Now bring your thumb to your nose tip and stretch it back, keeping your focus on your thumb

8. Preliminary Nose Tip Gazing: Bring your focus on your nose tip and hold

Practice it every day. Repeat each exercise for 3 to 5 times for healthy eyes. Suitable for all age group
