Every time we eat, we are feeding trillions and trillions of bacteria in our gut. There are times despite eating and doing what we fee is the right stuff we still feel bloated. The fact is that sometimes we do not know what is the right stuff for our body. Because there is so much internet has to say and ultimately, can confuse us to the core. Literally.
Some say fiber is good for the gut, some say fermented food is good for the gut, some say cardio is great for the gut as well.
But when you are facing bloating issues you really need to think what to eat, what not to eat. More than what you eat one should understand what not to eat and what not to do.
❌Avoid too much cardio, avoid too many supplements, Avoid unnecessary food gaps, Avoid juice diets, And please avoid unnecessary greens.
✅Instead be easy on your gut, be easy on your system, eat cooked meals, eat less fiber, Don’t give too much gap between your meals, Make sure you activate vahin nerve before you sit to eat by doing a few deep breaths, And try to relax your nervous system.
