Hello pretty ladies, many of you will be observing Karwachauth fast tomorrow for your partner's longevity and health.
Here are some healthy tips for your fasting
Pre fasting ( sargi)
🌿- skip the mithai/sweets , instead have some apple, pomegranate, dates , soaked almonds
🌿- have a paneer parantha with yogurt. Add some seeds to the yogurt
🌿- finish your meal with buttermilk or milk with chia seeds
Afternoon: post puja if you drink anything. Prefer coconut water/juice instead of tea or coffee as tea and coffee are diuretics which makes you lose water from the body
Post Fasting:
- 🌿Open your fast with some coconut
🌿- Drink coconut water instead of plain water to replenish those lost electrolytes
- 🌿keep the meal light, don't go for heavy gravies or curries
