“Woh waqt sirf pandemic ka nahi tha… emotional survival ka bhi tha.”

Revisiting a workshop that still feels deeply personal.

During the second wave of COVID, I had the opportunity to conduct a Stress Management Workshop for the Lucknow Commissionerate.

At a time when uncertainty, fear, and emotional exhaustion were at their peak… our frontline officers were carrying not just duty, but immense psychological load.

And somewhere in the middle of all this — I was in my third month of pregnancy.

Honestly, it wasn’t easy.
But some work goes beyond comfort… it becomes purpose.

That session wasn’t just about stress management techniques.
It was about holding space.
It was about acknowledging that even the strongest need support.

Looking back today, I feel nothing but gratitude — for the trust, the resilience I witnessed, and the strength that such moments quietly build within us.

Some experiences may be old in time…
but they stay with you for life.

“Ek life ko samajhne ki baat kar rahi thi… aur ek life khud ke andar grow ho rahi thi.”

Came across this today, and it brought back a very special memory.

Back in June 2021, during the second wave of COVID, I went live for a session on “Psychological Tips to Enhance Fetal Development in the Womb.”

What made this moment even more meaningful for me —
I was pregnant myself.

There was so much uncertainty in the world outside…
but at the same time, there was creation, hope, and growth within.

That session was not just academic.
It was deeply personal.

It reminded me:
👉 A mother’s emotional world is not separate from a child’s development — it shapes it.

Sharing this today because some work isn’t just professional…
it becomes a part of your own journey.

Yet another successful and energising engagement with the incredible team at Sentiss Pharma — this time at their special event ZEST!

I conducted a 60-minute power-packed session titled “The Happiness Hackathon: Game on for Joy & Resilience” — designed to help employees de-stress, reconnect, and walk away with practical tools for everyday wellbeing.

With around 140 participants, the room was filled with energy, laughter, reflection, and real conversations.

The session was:
✨ Interactive — not just listening, but actively participating
✨ Experiential — feeling the shift, not just understanding it
✨ Fun-filled yet meaningful — because learning sticks when it’s lived

We focused on:
• Simple, instantly applicable tools to manage stress
• Building emotional resilience in fast-paced work environments
• Reconnecting with joy, balance, and inner clarity

What stood out the most was the enthusiasm and openness of the team — a reminder that when organisations create such spaces, employees don’t just participate… they truly engage and evolve.

Grateful to Sentiss Pharma for consistently prioritising employee wellbeing and creating such impactful platforms.

“Stress kabhi kaam se nahi hota… uss kaam ko handle karne ke tareeke se hota hai.”

Came across this today, and it took me back to one of those early conversations around workplace mental health.

In July 2020, I conducted a Stress Management session as part of the Internal Management Development Programme at SGT University.

Woh phase yaad hai?
Work from home ho ya work from office — boundaries almost khatam ho gayi thi.

kaam zyada lag raha tha
breaks kam ho gaye the
aur mind kabhi switch off hi nahi ho raha tha

And that’s when people started saying:
“I’m tired… but I don’t know why.”

Because stress sirf workload ka result nahi hota.
It’s also:
👉 unprocessed thoughts
👉 constant pressure to perform
👉 and lack of mental recovery

Even today, this remains one of the most common struggles I see.

So maybe this is your small check-in:
Are you just working…
or also recovering?

Because productivity without recovery…
eventually becomes burnout.

“Failure se zyada dangerous hota hai… self-doubt.”

Came across this today, and it instantly reminded me of a conversation we all needed — especially during 2020.

I had taken a session on “Insecurity & Self-Doubt” during the quarantine phase.

Aur sach kahun… problem kabhi situation nahi hoti thi.

Problem yeh hota tha:
👉 “Main kar paunga ya nahi?”
👉 “Log kya sochenge?”
👉 “Shayad main enough nahi hoon…”

And the worst part?
Self-doubt facts pe nahi… fears pe build hota hai.

It quietly:

stops you from trying
makes you overthink
and convinces you that you’re not ready

Even when you are.

Years later, this still holds true:
👉 You don’t need more confidence to start.
👉 You need less self-doubt.

Because most people don’t fail because they can’t…
they stop because they think they can’t.

If this thought has been sitting in your mind lately —
maybe it’s time to question it, not believe it.

“Jab duniya ruk rahi thi… education ko rukne nahi dena tha.”

Came across this today, and it reminded me of a phase that quietly shaped a lot of my work.

Back in April 2020, I completed an international webinar series on “Innovative Strategies for Schools.”

At that time, schools were not just shifting online…
they were struggling to redefine how to connect, engage, and support students emotionally.

Because suddenly, classrooms had disappeared…
but children’s needs hadn’t.

And that’s where psychology became even more important.

👉 How do you hold attention through a screen?
👉 How do you support students who feel disconnected?
👉 How do you ensure learning doesn’t come at the cost of emotional wellbeing?

This experience reinforced something I deeply believe even today:
Education is not just about curriculum.
It’s about connection.

And no matter how much the medium changes…
that should never be lost.

Some learnings come with certificates.
Some stay with you far beyond them.

“Sab theek hai” kehna kitna aasaan hota hai…
Aur “mujhe help chahiye” kehna kitna mushkil.

Came across this today, and it took me back.

In 2020, I conducted a webinar on “It’s Okay to Seek Help.”
At a time when the world was slowing down… but people’s thoughts weren’t.

Anxiety was silent.
Struggles were hidden.
Aur log “theek hoon” ke peeche bahut kuch chhupa rahe the.

And that’s when this conversation felt the most important.

Because somewhere, we’ve been taught:
👉 Strong log handle kar lete hain
👉 Weak log help maangte hain

But the truth is —
It takes strength to pause, acknowledge, and say:
“I can’t do this alone.”

Years later, this still remains one of the most important things I stand for:
Normalising help.
Normalising vulnerability.
Normalising being human.

Agar aaj bhi aap “I’m fine” ke peeche kuch chhupa rahe ho…
Maybe this is your sign — you don’t have to.

Had the opportunity to conduct a training program for Expedia Group, engaging with a dynamic and diverse set of professionals.

The session focused on navigating workplace challenges through the lens of emotional intelligence, stress management, and effective communication.

What stood out was the openness and active participation — reflecting a strong intent to learn, adapt, and grow in today’s fast-paced work environment.

Grateful to collaborate with a global organisation that values employee wellbeing and continuous development.

“2020 ne humein sirf lockdown nahi diya… usne humein apne emotions ke saath akela chhod diya.”

Came across this today, and it instantly took me back.

In May 2020, I conducted a session on “Dealing with Emotions during COVID-19” with Rotaract Club of Delhi Mavericks.

Woh waqt yaad hai?
Har ghar ke andar alag kahani chal rahi thi.

kisi ko anxiety samajh nahi aa rahi thi
kisi ko gussa control nahi ho raha tha
kisi ko bas chup rehna aasaan lag raha tha

And suddenly, emotions became louder than ever before.

That’s when conversations like these weren’t just helpful…
they were necessary.

Because one thing COVID taught us very clearly:
👉 Emotions don’t disappear when ignored… they intensify.

And even today, I see the same patterns —
people functioning on the outside, but struggling within.

So maybe this is your reminder:
You don’t have to “handle it all” alone.

Some conversations started in crisis…
but they remain relevant for life.

Grateful to share another one of my articles published in Rajasthan Patrika.

This piece focuses on an often overlooked yet deeply impactful concern — glossophobia (fear of speaking) and the importance of open communication and self-expression.

Through this article, I’ve tried to highlight how many individuals silently struggle with expressing themselves, how it affects their confidence and opportunities, and most importantly — how this fear can be understood and worked through.

Because sometimes, it’s not the lack of ability…
it’s the fear of being seen, heard, or judged that holds people back.

Hoping this reaches those who need to know —
your voice matters, and it deserves to be heard.

New month. New weather. Same mind — but hopefully, a little more aware.

April has this interesting energy —
It doesn’t force change… it nudges it.

And that’s how real psychological growth works too.

Not through extreme motivation.
But through small, consistent awareness.

noticing your triggers
catching your thoughts
choosing better responses

No pressure to become a “new version” overnight.

Just a quiet reminder:
👉 You don’t have to fix everything.
You just have to understand yourself a little better than yesterday.

Stepping into April with awareness > expectations 🌿
