Don't let people force their views and life's choices on you. Everyone has their own set of thinking and understanding, their own principles because of their personal experiences. Wisdom is to hear them out and then take it or leave it. Choice is yours.

Self reflection. You point out your child's fault, and he answers you back? Coping mechanism: As a mother, I don't retaliate, I go into my silent zone where I self reflect. Why was I shouted back at? What tonality and vocabulary did I use to point out his fault? The answer lies in breathing exercises, meditation, analysis of the situation, and journaling. When the moment is right and in an easy atmosphere, bring up the topic again with your child and communicate your innermost feelings. This helps in stronger connections and bonding. Ever been through an AHA moment/phase in life? There are flash of multiple insights giving you clarity of what already 'IS.'
For some it is realizing that the world is like a mind constantly monkey chattering but it's our choice on how we react, listen to the monkey and react or take a step back and consider alternatives. To attain 'MOKSH' be the Kaali but also be the Budha. Just sharing one of my sudden clarity in one of my AHA moments during meditation today.
