Train-O means Train-Optimistic. We are a personal fitness training organisation based in Gurgaon and Delhi. We are known for our customized personalized fitness training packages. Our founder started working as a Personal fitness trainer from 2004 after his post graduation in Physical education from the Sports Authority of India. With the twelve years of experience, he had developed a quality team which is capable of handling health and fitness related matters. Train-O believes that, physical and mental fitness is a lifelong activity which requires goal setting. Fitness goals can be achieved with proper nutrition, exercise and sleep provided there is a disciplined lifestyle. We specially train our team to motivate our clients to attain their set goals. We have selected our team through campus Interviews from different Physical education colleges in Kerala. Our team is educated with either a Masters or Bachelors degree in physical education and sports. After being selected we provide them intense training in both theory and practical making them capable to perform satisfactorily. These procedures had laid the foundations for our success in the industry. Our team is well trained for transformation of your mind and body.
