Feel to Heal: A Mental Health Forum celebrates World Mental Health Day!

The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

On this occasion, we call for submissions to the first edition of our Newsletter. The theme of this year’s World Mental Health Day is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’, which is also set as the theme of our newsletter.

The deadline of submission is 31st December 2021.

On the 5th day of the Mental Health Bootcamp, the attendees were asked to talk about assumptions and opinions that people have about them without knowing them properly and how that affects their mental health. The session focused on overthinking and attendees were given an interactive activity to introspect themselves. Towards the end, each attendee shared their experience of how they felt during the course of this bootcamp. Overall, it was a successful endeavour for us. We thank all the participants for being a part of this bootcamp and we promise to bring about such new initiatives in the near future 💛

We are more than happy to announce that Feel to Heal: A Mental Health Forum completed a year on 15th July, 2021. We kickstarted the new session by launching our Mental Health Bootcamp. The first day of the Bootcamp focused on body positivity and its relationship with physical and mental well-being. 🌼💕

We, at Feel to Heal are excited to invite you for our new initiative — Mental Health Bootcamp. As a part of this initiative, we are organising a 5-day program in which we will engage with our participants on different aspects of mental health. We will conduct numerous activities during the course of the camp. Join us for a safe and exciting experience!
