Very poor patient with a really bad fracture. All hospitals and outside doctors advised surgery. I advised as well. But owing to the circumstances I have done a plaster with perfect reduction even after 7 days of injury. Patient happy to have good results with a very very low budget

Bone tumor adamantinoma treated by excision and bone cement followed by plating and bone grafting. No remaining tumor as seen from further biopsy and good incorporation of graft. Difficult surgeries now being performed in Assam . Necessity of going outside has decreased sharply .
