Meditation on the Sky
Sky is a blue shade
Over our head
Clouds play there
Taking various shapes
Sun shines at daytime
Moon lights at night
Unlimited stars appear too
Sitting at so much height
Whenever I look up
I feel fresh and bright
For quick release of stress, tension and anxiety, looking up on the sky and just being absorbed on the vastness, colours and variegatedness of the sky is one of the effective methods of meditation. Sky gives feelings of freshness, broadness and limitlessness to enter into the higher sources of blessings...
