🍽️ Healthy Gehun Ka Shira for Expecting Moms 🌟

Indulge in a nutritious treat with this delicious and wholesome Gehun Ka Shira! Packed with essential nutrients, it's a perfect dessert to support your pregnancy journey. 🌿🍼

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee (PreganCare Organic Ghee recommended for purity)
1/2 cup jaggery (or to taste)
2 cups water
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron (optional)
Instructions:

Heat Ghee: In a pan, melt the ghee over medium heat.
Roast Flour: Add the whole wheat flour to the ghee and roast until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
Add Water: Slowly pour in the water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Sweeten: Add jaggery and continue stirring until it dissolves completely.
Mix Nuts & Spices: Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder, and saffron if using. Mix well.
Cook: Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Serve: Garnish with extra nuts if desired and serve warm.
