🛑 Due to rising temperatures in the coming days, ranging between 47 and 55 degrees Celsius, and the appearance of cumulus clouds causing a suffocating atmosphere across most areas, here are some warnings and precautions...

🔴 Cars should be cleared of:
1. Gas materials.
2. Lighters.
3. Carbonated beverages.
4. Perfumes and device batteries in general.
5. Car windows should be slightly opened (ventilation).
6. Do not fill the car's fuel tank completely.
7. Refuel the car in the evening hours.
8. Avoid traveling by car in the morning.
9. Do not overinflate car tires, especially during travel.

🔴 Be cautious of scorpions and snakes as they will noticeably come out of their burrows and may enter farms and houses in search of cool places.

🔴 Drink plenty of water and fluids.

🔴 Ensure not to place gas cylinders in the sun.

🔴 Ensure not to overload power meters and only use air conditioners in occupied areas of the house, especially during peak heat times.

A cobb salad is the ultimate chopped salad (and one of my personal favorites) with all of the ingredients diced into bite-sized pieces. They’re typically protein-heavy salads as they’re filled with meat, eggs, and cheese, along with a variety of vegetables, nuts, and fresh or dried fruit. In other words, they’re filling, flavorful, and have a lot of texture.

This turkey cobb salad is one hearty, protein-filled, and dinner-worthy salad .

FOR THE SALAD
▢6 cups baby spinach, or other salad greens
▢4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
▢1 cup cooked turkey breast, cubed
▢1 cup roasted butternut squash, cubed
▢2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
