There was a question asked, about the soul contacts in a group.
The question is as following :
During a Hypnotherapy session I had discovered that I am the reincarnation of a family member. This revelation has been intriguing, especially considering the unknown circumstances surrounding this family member's death. I've realized that there are many unintegrated aspects and unfulfilled desires from that previous life that my soul has carried forward due to the untimely death.
I’m seeking advice on how to release these old desires, vows, and promises. My current soul does not want to carry these forward any longer. I would greatly appreciate insights and experiences from others in this group who have dealt with similar situations.
**My thoughts on this:**
To release these desires and promises, you might need to regress to the same birth with the intention of letting go of those aspects. During the regression, focus on consciously release those desires and promises by negating them, guided by the therapist.
The challenge lies in the fact that we don't know whether these desires and promises stem from the most recent life or from even earlier incarnations. It's difficult to address all of them in one session or regression to a particular life because the initial incident might have occurred in a much earlier life. It could be a cycle.
My suggestion is to start by regressing to the life in question, go to the death scene, and release the desires and promises one by one, guided by the therapist. Later, you can take any specific promise or desire that feels particularly negative or heavy and regress to the first time it may have occurred, resolving it there.
I believe that we don't make such soul contracts at the soul plane; rather, we review our karmic debts in the form of vows, desires, promises, and experiences we need to resolve. We then choose to be reborn to fulfill these on Earth or any other planet to remove those debts. If we are not consciously connected to our higher self and soul guide, we might end up fulfilling some, all, or none of these and could even create more karmic debts unknowingly due to our actions (karma) in that life.
This cycle emphasizes the importance of spiritual growth. Our aim should be to gradually remove all our karmic debts, aligning ourselves to reach a stage where we can achieve our ultimate goal of being one with the source, either through our own efforts or with the guidance of a guru.
Looking forward to your thoughts and experiences.
