Testimonial

My client Hasini is a 13 year old girl whose dad approached me to help them understand and improve their daughter’s health condition. They came with complaints of no period for 5 months straight along with acne and rapid weight gain.
With 3 months of diet and lifestyle changes, we were successful in getting her periods back to normal the first month as well as having a weight loss of 12 kgs within 3 months and clearing her acne.
We are very proud of Hasini to be able to show this kind of motivation and understanding the need of change in her lifestyle and heal herself.

Are you health conscious or health obsessed?

A health-conscious person is concerned about his or her body, whereas a health-obsessed person is obsessed with it.

Smart food choices can obviously benefit the body in a variety of ways, but problems arise when someone becomes overly obsessed with restrictions. When a person's behaviour becomes too disruptive as a result of such constraints, it can interfere with personal and professional relationships, eventually leading to psychological disorders.

DM to take that first step towards being healthy and not being obsessed. Let me help you start a healthy lifestyle!

Let’s admit it! All of us want to stay healthy but find it difficult!
So here is the catch - staying healthy is all about discipline and not sacrifice.

You can put as many restrictions as you want, but at the end of the day, that feeling of unfulfillment will backfire.

So, here is what you can do:

▫️Set realistic expectations

▫️Restructure your plan to achieve the targets you have set for yourself

▫️If you're craving to eat something which might add some extra calories, then compensate for it by burning those extra calories

▫️Do not follow the "all or nothing approach." "Something is better than nothing" can come handy here.

▫️Enjoy the food that you and eat. Appreciate it.
