1.Vitamin D:
Vitamin D plays a role in insulin sensitivity which is often impaired in individuals with PCOS. Insulin resistance can contribute to hormonal imbalances, weight gain and difficulty in managing blood sugar levels.
Vitamin D is also involved in synthesis and metabolism of hormones thus plays a role in regulating menstrual cycles and promoting growth and maturation of ovarian follicles.
2. Vitamin B12
