My choices these days when holidaying..
✅️Whenever I travel or go on holiday, I always carry a minimum of 2 things: my whey protein and mixed nuts in my backpack 💯

I have heard and observed, mostly Indians carry junks or eat junks. Often I hear that what choice a vegetarian gets in other countries. But, if you are aware about nutrition, your goals and body, you will always find something healthy. Minimal is to carry protein along.
During vacation we tend to lose on protein intake which tends to gain weight and then all previous hard work goes in toss.
Everything is in our hand. Every choice we make, results the same.

Because, we always have been blindly following what someone said once and then it spread it like fire.
No one asks logic, no one asks science behind it and no one wants to learn the real complex body system 😵‍💫
Once upon a time, someone told to me, eating methi seeds can reduce knee pain 🙄

No one will have answer.

Most people in the country will tell you what they have heard from some guru or someone, but without logic or research evidence.
