Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Limited (FHPL) was incorporated in the year 1995 and licensed by IRDAI in the year 2002. FHPL has its registered office in Chennai and Corporate office in Hyderabad. FHPL caters to the needs of Health Insurance claims for Individual customers, Corporate customers and Govt. Health schemes. FHPL is the first licensed TPA to be certified with ISO 9001:2008 for quality standards and processes, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for Information Security standards. Driven by its ambitious goals and continuous innovation in processes and technology, FHPL developed and launched its own Mobile App ”FHPL Mobile Sparrow”, thereby setting industrial benchmark. This App is accessible on all IOS, Android and Windows devices and provides a comprehensive range of services like access to e-card generation, Network Hospital List and few other features. FHPL gives constant updates through SMS and E-mails on all the Claims processes, which set FHPL on top of the health insurance sector as architects of contemporary healthcare facility.

We have a strong team of over a hundred doctors, experienced management and qualified work force across nearly 40 offices. FHPL also has a centralized 24/7 call center. FHPL has an in-house, robust IT platform that administers solutions through the use of internet, well protected with digital lock and can hence be accessed across the globe. In addition to this, FHPL also delivers Value Added Services and Wellness activities to its members. The constant increase in our number of clients is a testimonial to our consistency and endeavor to render services par excellence. Today, FHPL takes pride in its spectacular growth towards reaching 33 million members in its list.
