Mitigation with 5 Siridhanya Millets, Decoctions & Dos and Don'ts.
These days many people are suffering from this 'Chronic functional gastrointestinal disorder' and have been subjected to many medications and even surgeries. It affects 12-18% of the world's population.
The causes of this disease are not known, nor it's treatment, to today's modern medicine.
In the patients that suffer from IBS, especially there is a change in the pattern of defecation, number of times it has to be done in a day, etc. besides this they also suffer from pain in the lower abdomen for many years. Differences in diet, personal exertion, psychological stress, changes in the bacteria in the intestine also contribute to the severity of the disease.
Pain in the lower abdomen (also in the upper abdomen),
Altered bowel habits (diarrhea, constipation, or both)
Frequent bowel movements (6 to 12 times a day)
Constipation (in 50% of patients)

As recommended, consume same Millet daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For best results it is advisable to consume these grains in the form of AMBALI/Liquid porridge For this, Millet rice needs to be pre-soaked in water for 7-8 hours, in 1:10 ratio of water, cooked, boiled (solid material can be crushed), kept for 8-12 hours more covered with thin handwoven cloth(for semi fermentation )and then consumed as a drink or eaten with curry, Dal and Butter milk etc.(just before consuming you may add any desired items)

Consume these leaves' decoctions in the morning after wakeup, 1 hr before lunch in afternoon and evening and 1 hr before dinner on an empty stomach.
Change leaves once a week.
(Decoction: Boil 6 - 7 leaves / 2 bunches of the leaf material well chopped in one and half glasses of water for 4 minutes, cool it to lukewarm it and filter it. If you feel necessary, you can add 1 spoon of pure honey or pure palm jaggery syrup to it.
Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day.
