Yesterday, I had the opportunity to contribute to an Eye Screening & Awareness Camp at Chandimata Club, Dukli, Agartala, organized by Eye Supervision Foundation in collaboration with Bholagiri Ashram.

From eye tests to community conversations, it was more than just clinical work—it was about connecting, caring, and creating impact.

Durga Puja is a time of joy, but it's disheartening to see the streets of Agartala covered in plastic waste and bottles during the Carnival. As humans, we are becoming one of the deadliest species for our planet, harming the environment with every careless act. 🌍💔

It's time for change, requesting government to take strict action.
A few suggestions below,

1. Impose strict fines for littering during public events.
2. Increase waste bins in key areas to promote responsible disposal.
3. Launch awareness campaigns to educate people on reducing waste, especially during festivals.
