✨Supplements aren’t miraculous; they simply connect the dots (or fill the gap).

Diet should be your main fuel; supplements are only a booster, never the engine.

Before using supplements for defined skin ailments, get clearance from your dermatologist to ensure the advice is specific to your needs.

🛑Struggling with Constipation?🛑
It’s not just what you eat — it’s also what you shouldn’t. Certain foods can slow down your digestion and make constipation worse. Here’s a list of the most common culprits to avoid 👇

🥩Red Meat
Hard to digest and low in fiber. Plus, it can crowd out healthier fiber-rich foods!

🧀Dairy (in excess)
Cheese, milk, and ice cream can slow things down for some people — especially if you’re lactose intolerant.

🍟Fried & Fast Foods
High in fat, low in fiber = digestive disaster. They
also often lack the hydration your gut needs.

🍞Refined Carbs
White bread, white rice, and pastries are stripped of fiber. No help in getting things moving!

🍫Chocolate
Loved by many, but can cause sluggish digestion for some - especially when combined with low fluid intake.

🚫Alcohol
Dehydrates the body and slows digestion. If you’re drinking, balance it with plenty of water.

✅Tip: Focus on high-fiber foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains), drink lots of water, and stay active to keep things flowing naturally!

Hydration is KEY.
Even a fiber-rich diet won’t help if you’re not drinking enough water. Aim for at least 8 cups/ day — more if you’re active or in a hot climate!

🧻Your gut will thank you!

A diet rich in happy hormone foods can naturally uplift your mood and reduce stress.

⭐️Dark Chocolate
✅ 1 to 2 ounces (30–60 grams) per day
•This amount provides enough flavonoids, magnesium, and theobromine to boost serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins.
•It helps improve mood without excessive sugar or calorie intake.

⭐️Eggs
✅ 1 to 3 eggs per day is an ideal amount to support happy hormones while maintaining a balanced diet.

⭐️Bananas
✅ 1 to 2 bananas per day is the ideal amount to support serotonin and dopamine production while maintaining balanced nutrition.

⭐️Nuts and seeds
✅ A handful (about 1 to 2 ounces or 28–56 grams) of nuts and seeds per day is ideal for boosting serotonin, dopamine, and overall mood.

⭐️Berries
✅ 1 to 2 cups (150–300 grams) of berries per day is ideal for boosting serotonin, dopamine, and overall mood.
