Today at Tabula Rasa, we had the privilege of hosting Madam Mrs. Lazen Khando Yolmo, Headmistress of Chahal Inclusive School, Siliguri, for an insightful session on Early Educational Intervention.

Derrick is a 4-year-old boy
He has been attending speech therapy at the centre for the past one and a half years.
He was initially diagnosed with a spoken language disorder along with autistic traits.

Thanks to consistent therapy and unwavering parental support, Derrick has made remarkable progress.
While he still shows signs of delayed speech and language development and has a few milestones yet to achieve, his journey so far has been inspiring.

The dedication of his parents, who have been actively involved in his development, combined with the expertise and patience of his speech therapist, has played a crucial role in his improvement.

He has truly come a long wayβ€”and continues to grow every day
