Overthinking often scatters attention toward worst-case outcomes; healing begins when we consciously orient our conclusions toward balanced and positive possibilities..

Technology can sometimes become a bridge between therapy and everyday life.

A smartwatch-based routine helped a client monitor sleep, steps and health for over 3 months.

This simple intervention increased engagement, awareness and routine building.

In Rehabilitation Psychology, meaningful progress often begins with recognizing a person’s strengths and interests.

Sometimes the best therapeutic tools are already in their hands.

When someone as visible as Jennifer Lawrence speaks about postpartum emotions, it helps break a silence millions of mothers live in.
Postpartum depression is not weakness.

What if healing takes you somewhere you’re afraid to go?
For some, it’s a memory.
For others — it’s the sky.

In Conducive Therapy, I introduce Aerial Therapy not as a literal requirement, but as a metaphor for psychological distance — a way to view your thoughts and feelings from a higher perspective.

But what if you’re afraid of heights?

Fear of heights (acrophobia) is real — and it often reflects a deeper fear:
• Fear of losing control
• Fear of falling emotionally
• Fear of seeing too much, too clearly

In this reel, you see calmness above the clouds — but for many, that calm is hard-won.
Just like in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), we don’t rush toward peace.
We sit with fear, breathe through it, and gradually allow perspective to emerge.

Aerial Therapy isn’t about conquering the sky.
It’s about learning that fear, too, can coexist with clarity.

Healing is not always comfortable.
But discomfort is not the enemy —
avoidance is.

In a world that praises sharp logic, confident opinions, and knowledge-driven achievement, there’s a quieter but more powerful skill that often goes uncelebrated—emotional intelligence. While intellectual ability can help you win debates, solve problems, or climb professional ladders, it is emotional intelligence that sustains relationships, fosters trust, and enables deep human connection. What Is Intellectual Arrogance? Intellectual arrogance is when someone:...
