INNER ILLUMINATION IS REAL HOLI

The call of Holi is to always keep ablaze the light of love shining in your heart. Inner illumination is the real Holi. The spring season is the manifestation of the creator, according to the Bhagavad Gita. Holi is said there to be His heart.

Since ancient times, sages have understood that sound is not just vibration but a force that shapes the cosmos. The universe itself hums with unseen frequencies, manifesting in sacred geometries like the Shri Yantra. Mantras, when chanted with intention, resonate with these cosmic energies, altering reality and consciousness. Modern science, through cymatics, now reveals what the ancients knew—sound creates form, and the universe is woven together by divine vibrations. In the vast darkness of existence, these frequencies hold the power to awaken, destroy, and transform.
Do you feel the energy of sound in your life?

Dayaram- A Traditional Yogi

"Yoga is a science of consciousness, a science of personality, and a science of creativity."

The Yoga practise system developed by Dayaram, inspired from ancient and traditional sources, Bihar school of Yoga and his life experience. Dayaram uses Yoga practices in a traditional way, asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body (equated with Ki or Chi in other systems), and meditation to calm and focus the mind. It also takes a broader outlook by teaching and encouraging yogic lifestyles, not only for renunciates but also for householders and lay practitioners.

The Traditional Yoga approach incorporates the whole person, not just the body. There is an emphasis on awareness and practitioners are encouraged to learn about all aspects of their personality through Yoga. Change is a process that takes place naturally as a consequence of regular practice with full awareness, rather than by forcing the mind and body to the limit and beyond and by incorporating yogic practices and precepts into one’s daily life.
