Our faculty will assist you after completion of our courses and your all queries will be solved. We give full assurance once finishing the course with us you will never feel a lack of knowledge our teachers are well trained and friendly. We have two venues for our courses. All small courses mean weekly courses are conducted at our city branch and all monthly courses are conducted at our ashram cm farmhouse. Daily routine and diet are scientific in approach We will provide sattvic food and there will be a class on an ayurvedic diet so that participants can understand its basics and can make a diet plans for their clients. A 6-step breathing meditation that can help beginners cultivate mindfulness.

Step 1: Find a comfortable position. Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes gently or keep them softly focused on a fixed point in front of you.

Step 2: Relax your body. Take a few deep breaths to relax your body. Release any tension you may be holding from your forehead to your toes. Let your body settle into a relaxed and comfortable posture.

Step 3: Bring attention to your breath. Direct your attention to your breath. Notice the natural rhythm of your breath as you inhale and exhale. Observe the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body. With each breath, you can place one hand on your abdomen to feel the rise and fall.

Step 4: Count your breaths. Begin to count your breaths. Inhale deeply, counting "one" silently in your mind. Exhale completely, counting "two." Continue this pattern, counting up to ten breaths. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the breath and start counting from one again.

Step 5: Notice distractions. As you continue to count your breaths, thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations may arise. Notice these distractions without judgment or attachment. Acknowledge their presence and let them go, gently returning your attention to the breath and the counting.

Step 6: Expand your awareness. After counting ten breaths, release the counting and expand your awareness to include your entire body. Feel the sensations in your body, the weight of your body on the ground, and the sounds around you. Stay present at the moment, embracing your experience with openness and curiosity.

Continue this practice for a desired length, starting with 5-10 minutes and gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable.
