*Top 6 mistakes we often do while we are on our weightloss journey*
*1.Not having adequate protien*
Proteins are made up of chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes. They can also be used as an energy source.
*2. Focus only on cardio* cardio helps in burning calories ,promotes heart and lung health and reduces the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer but Strength training boosts the metabolism by building lean muscle mass, preventing obesity and limiting bone loss, so it is important to keep a combination of both during your weightloss journey.
*3. Eat less or avoid meals* We often start avoiding meals when we are trying to loose weight, skip dinner or snacking, not to forget our body needs fuel to run and food is it's fuel, eating less will not help, eating right definetely will 😍
*4. Focus only on weighing scale*
Yes another mistake we all unintentionally do is keep checking our scale and when results dnt show up and we get disappointed , we should also measure our victories in terms of better energy ,inch loss ,how we look etc since we are on a process of fat loss and gain muscle ,it might take some time to show up on scale .
*5. Following other's diet plan*
Every body is different ,their weight is different, height is different, their taste buds, their calorie requirement ,so how their weightloss plan can be same!! I still wonder 🤔
*6. Crash diet*
Even i tried all the tomato diet , no carb diet ,etc available on social media , we end up crashing our metabolism and increase cravings to under level .. temperory weightloss can be seen but once we are back to our old schedule our weight bounce back or will say even doubles up.
