We live in a culture where alcohol is the default celebration, stress-buster, and social glue. Say “no” to a drink and suddenly you’re questioned, judged, or pushed to “just have one.” Funny thing is, protecting your health shouldn’t need an explanation.

For busy professionals, alcohol quietly taxes recovery, sleep, hormones, and decision-making. One late night often spills into a skipped workout, poor food choices, and a foggy morning meeting. The cost isn’t just calories, it’s momentum.

I coach people before health becomes a regret.

Most of the people I work with are not lazy.
