I conducted my first 3-day workshop on the intricate relationship between nutrition and mental health for doctors. The response was overwhelmingly positive! Each physician was not only open to the concept, but they were also eager to experiment and dive deeper into this approach. The enthusiasm in the room was palpable as we discussed the profound connections between what we eat and how we feel.
It was a beautiful reminder that curiosity and collaboration can spark innovation in even the most traditional fields. Witnessing these dedicated professionals ready to explore the potential of nutrition in mental health reaffirms my belief in the power of knowledge sharing.
