In this session at YogaPeace Sansthan, Guru Ji is introducing students to Tai Chi, explaining how it is practiced, the correct postures, and the purpose behind each movement.
Students are guided step by step to understand the slow, controlled movements, body positioning, and balance required in Tai Chi. Guru Ji explains how each posture should be performed with awareness, relaxed breathing, and smooth transitions so that the body and mind move in harmony.

Flying Person Therapy – TTC Internship Practical (68th Batch)
At YogaPeace Sansthan, students of the 68th TTC Batch are getting hands-on training in Flying Person Therapy, an advanced therapeutic yoga technique beneficial for frozen shoulder, shoulder stiffness, and upper body tightness.
In this session, Guru Ji is demonstrating the correct method step by step—how to support the body, maintain balance, and apply the technique safely while assisting another person. Students are learning proper hand placement, body alignment, and controlled movement, ensuring the therapy is effective without causing strain.
Special focus is given to when to use this therapy, who it is suitable for, and important precautions, especially for shoulder-related conditions. Students are also guided on how to assist with awareness, communication, and responsibility.
This practical internship session helps TTC students gain real experience, confidence, and clarity in therapeutic yoga, preparing them for professional practice.
Neck Traction Therapy Training – TTC 68th Batch Internship Session
During the 68th TTC Batch Internship at YogaPeace Sansthan, students are being trained in the correct method of giving Neck Traction Therapy, an important therapeutic technique used for neck stiffness, cervical pain, and posture-related problems.
In this session, Guru Ji is teaching step by step how neck traction should be given safely, how to support the head and neck properly, and how much pressure should be applied. Students are guided to maintain correct body position, proper hand placement, and controlled movement so that the therapy gives relief without causing strain.
Special emphasis is given to understanding when this therapy should be used, for whom it is suitable, and what precautions must be taken, especially in cases of cervical pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. Students are also learning how to communicate with the patient and perform the therapy with full awareness and responsibility.
These internship sessions help TTC students gain real practical experience in therapeutic yoga techniques, making them more confident and capable of handling real-life cases in the future.
In the 2nd Level (YMF – Yoga Master Fitness) of the TTC program at YogaPeace Sansthan, Guru Ji is teaching students the correct method of performing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) with partner support. This level focuses on strength, flexibility, and advanced practice, including partner yoga techniques.
During this session, students are guided step by step on how to safely enter Chakrasana with the help of a partner, how to maintain proper alignment, and how to support each other without causing strain. Guru Ji explains correct hand placement, body balance, breathing coordination, and controlled movement so that the posture becomes safe and effective.
Special attention is given to understanding how much support should be given, when to assist, and how to avoid pressure on the spine and neck. This partner practice helps improve flexibility, builds confidence, and prepares students for advanced yoga techniques.
Such sessions in Level 2 TTC help students not only improve their own practice but also learn how to assist others professionally in yoga classes.
Sakshi ji shared her experience after taking yoga therapy at Yogapeace Sansthan.
She was suffering from severe sciatica pain, difficulty in walking, and continuous discomfort in the lower back and leg.

Cobra Pose with Partner – Learning the Correct Technique with Support
In this session at YogaPeace Sansthan, Guru Ji is teaching the students the correct method of performing Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) with partner support. This practice helps students understand the proper spinal movement, body alignment, and safe way to go deeper into the posture.
