🌱INGREDIENTS :
• 200 gm Plain Tofu
• SPICES : Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Peri Peri
• 20 gm Curd
🥙 For DRESSING :
• 5 gm Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• 5 gm Honey
• 10 gm Chilli Sauce
• 2 cloves of chopped garlic
• Pinch of salt and Pepper
🥗 VEGGIES :
• Lettuce
• Onions
• Tomatoes
Cook Tofu on medium flame from both sides for 5 mins
