A 26-year-old patient presented to our clinic with chewing difficulties. Clinical evaluation diagnosed Class III malocclusion, characterized by negative overjet, deep bite, and marked curve of Spee.

Functional analysis identified pseudo Class III malocclusion. Additional assessment employed Orthopantomogram and Lateral Cephalogram radiography.

Orthodontic treatment consisted of leveling and alignment, lower third molar extraction, and lower jaw retraction using a buccal shelf implant, concluding in 24 months and successfully restoring the patient's aesthetic smile and confidence.
