1 ½ cup peanut butter or nut butter
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons melted coconut oil, divided
7 oz chocolate chips
Flaky Sea Salt

EGG ᒪOᗩᖴ ᖴᖇEᑎᑕᕼ TOᗩᔕT 🤤

This is how we breakfast in my house! And NO bread was harmed in the making! 🙌🏻

Only 3 ingredients are needed to make this:
8 eggs
8 tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into the parchment-lined bread pan. Bake at 350 for 40 mins.

Cut up and fry in a pan with some butter then top with unsweetened coconut and ALL the HEALTH STORE on products: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, & maple syrup

CREAMY DESSERT WITH BERRIES by HEALTH STORE

Ingredients:
100 g of your favorite berries
200 g cream cheese
200 g sour cream 25%
Sweetener to taste
50 g coconut flakes
Vanillin to taste

Preparation:
Wash and dry the berries, chop if necessary.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a container, add sweetener and vanillin, beat with unseromer.
Add the coconut flakes and stir gently with a spatula.
Then add the berries and stir again.
Spread the dessert over the bowls. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

White Wine Shallot Cream Sauce
3/8 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbs white wine
2 tbs butter
1/2 shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions *In a saucepan simmer minced shallot and garlic for a couple mins. *add heavy whipping cream, white wine, salt, and pepper. *simmer 6-8 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

As it's only led to resentment. You can eat/drink anything you want but choose to have restraint because of your goals.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁…

But you get down when you don’t see the changes you think you should see — even though you’ve had consistent progress along the way.

But you’ll run yourself to death every day instead of focusing on a few strength training sessions per week that'll actually get you the lean & toned body you want.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲…

But you’ll use “a lack of motivation” as an excuse to give up when you know you’ll feel motivated from taking action.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹…

But you’ll let it overwhelm you and take your focus off of what you can control — the small, daily wins that get you there.

Listen.

I’m not saying it’s easy to overcome these mistakes.

But the more you challenge the silliness going on inside your head — the unrealistic standards, negative self-talk, all-or-nothing thinking, etc…

The better off you’ll be.

MY ADVICE ✅:

𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 chasing a goal. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 chasing a lifestyle.

Envision the leaner, healthier, more confident, and more mindful version of yourself…

What would that person be doing on a daily basis?
How would they prioritize their diet & exercise?
How would they balance “fitness” & “fun stuff?”
How would they respond to a single “bad” day?

Start mimicking the leaner & healthier version of yourself and the physical results will come.

• boiled 2 eggs
• cooked 4 pieces of bacon in the oven
• added guacamole & HEALTH STORE mm but the Bagel seasoning & called it a flipping DAY for lunch!!
I actually feel SATISFIED right now. I feel PROUD that I got 20 minutes of my workout in & STOKED that I followed somewhat of a plan today when it came to food choices. This is not rocket science.

Simple frittata for your Sunday brunch. When I make a meaty breakfast or brunch I always try to break it up with eggs (I know, more protein!) as well as fruit. So I like cooking frittata which is basically a quiche without a crust. And it never fails to come out just right in my HEALTH STORE skillet on the grill. You can mix and match all of the ingredients to your liking. I think that’s the fun part. If you’re in the mood for something, put it in there! ☺️ sometimes it’s just a great way to “clean” out your veggie drawer at the end of the week. I remember the first time I started making these I was inspired by my friend HEALTH STORE 🍳 I’ve been making them a lot since. It saves a great deal of time when you are serving a family, you literally dump the eggs in with a handful of cheese and maybe a little cream and seasoning. These cook perfectly at 350 for about 20 minutes. If you season then well they even taste great cold! The one I am showing here is super simple. Here is what I did...
Recipe:
10in. Cast iron skillet
12 eggs
The Usual seasoning
1 c shredded cheese (plus more to shred on top or melt on top)
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
1 LG sweet onion sliced thin & sautéed
1.5 c sweet peppers sliced & sautéed
Instructions:
Mix eggs and add cream & seasoning
Sauté the veggies to the tenderness you like. (I like mine soft 😊)
Turn the grill or oven to 350.
Drop the egg mix in your pan then add the veggies.
Drop a handful (about a cup) of shredded cheese evenly into the pan.
Smoke or bake 20 min. Check it with a toothpick.. should come out clean.
In the end, you may want to sprinkle cheese on top. (I forgot this step but it still tasted great)
Garnish with a bacon 🥓 🌹 rose, of course, 😉 with a proper basil 🌿 leaf to give it a little plate flare. I love a little sour cream & on mine.
I’ve made these with bacon, spinach, and sausage too. So good!!

"I took one package and followed the instructions on the bag:⁠

1. In a small bowl combine warm water and yeast until yeast fully dissolves.⁠
2. Add olive oil to the liquid mixture⁠
3. In a new bowl empty the bread mix⁠
4. Add liquid mixture to bread mix and mix for two minutes at medium speed stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. The battery should be thick and contain no lumps.⁠
5. Transfer to well-greased pan, cover⁠
6. Let it rise for two hours at room temperature.⁠
