Recently at Sudha Hospital Jhansi we have successfully performed a very rare Surgery i.e Median Arcuate Ligament Release Surgery, which was completed Laparoscopicaly. It was the first ever in the entire Jhansi, Bundelkhand and nearby Region performed by Proff. Dr. Rajeev Sinha. The Entire Surgery was completed with only 4 ports. (1 x 1cm , 3 x 0.5 cm)
The patient was a 20 year old Female with chronic pain in the abdomen since 2 years that increased after meals and increased significantly since last 2 months, she lost around 10 kgs in these 2 months.
C.T Angio was suggestive of - Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome.
