A huge 4.3kg Broad ligament Fibroid with dense adhesion with gut, ant abdominal wall,and POD,initially it was felt impossible to release the adhesion and understand the anatomy of the mass but slowly blunt dissection done,the mass was exteriorised. Myomectomy performed, after that left sided ureter was found adhered upto the post wall of uterus, separated and total hysterectomy +bso done,patient was discharged after 6 days by removing all stitches absolutely fine.One of my most complicated abdominal hysterectomy so far, many many Thanks to Dr. Prasun Ghosh for giving Anasthesia to any complicated cases or backbone to all my surgeries, Dr Subrata Hazra to give surgeon’s opinion regarding ureteric dissection and last but not the least Achinta da who is the most experienced assistant in jhargram….
